Great food for a reasonable price. The wait time is also not too long. Would HIGHLY recommend for anyone who wants to eat a nice, decent Japanese food.

Came here again after 2 years. Still very good. Enjoy the hamburger steak. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Great food for a fair price! $10 pork cutlet curry with a miso soup and salad. The restaurant is small but the waiter was very accommodating, moving a table to allow our party of 4 to sit in a space meant for 3. Definitely would come back again!

Average Japanese home cooking. Their curries could use a bit more veg. Their fried stuff is quite good though. Don't forget to bring cash.

I heard so many good things about cafe Mami and I was happy that I finally get to try it. This place is cash only so make sure to go to the ATM ahead of time. The place is also very small that only fits about 12 people. The price are pretty reasonable and the portions are huge. I would definitely come back again.

Cheap and delicious. Known primarily for its hamburger-and-rice sets but also has multiple pescetarian-friendly options. I've been coming here for many years and plan to do so until I move away from Massachusetts -- this is the best comfort food money can buy in the Lesley University complex.

I've been coming here for tatsuta curry for nearly 10 years now. Consistently excellent food with large portions for a fair price. Sometimes a wait but always worth it.

Best place to eat at the complex. Definitely something new to try when you want other japanese cuisine other than ramen or sushi. Waiting time is much less than other places on the same floor. I live pretty far from here, but come here regularly. We always get the Tokyo Hamburg set and yaki beef tofu.... but everything is good.Recently saw a friend who used to live here.... he said that this was one of the three places he has to go when he comes back to town.

This is a small place with not much seating. However it's totally worth! Not only is the food delicious but also the service is fast. It is cash only! I appreciate that the menu is not very large. However I don't think there are vegan options; there are vegetarian and pescatarian options.

Excellent Japanese curry here. We got takeout and I was very pleased by how they had packed it. The katsu was somehow even still crispy. Definitely get the pickles, egg and cheese. They give a large amount of food for the price. This place is cash only but there's an ATM in the building.

I appreciate Cafe Mami for it's simple food with good flavors. If you're looking for something a bit different from your average Japanese restaurant, try the Saba Miso!
